WHAT IS AN ENERGY HEALING SESSION LIKE?

HOW DOES ENERGY HEALING WORK?
The human energy field, sometimes called the aura, is a complex combination of overlapping vibrating energy wave patterns interpenetrating the complete physical body. This means that all our problems are also vibrating wave patterns of energy which flow at different frequencies. Frequencies can be changed as easily as we change the frequency or station on a radio or TV.

Grace is clairsentient, sensitive by touch. By placing her hands above a person’s skin surface or lightly touching it, she is able to detect the grid or matrix of tiny lines and wave-like patterns of energy emitting from the body’s energy field.  This allows her access to your subconscious thoughts, feelings, memories and patterns you negatively resonate with.

Grace is also clairvoyant, having inner vision, and able to see and detect imbalances within the energy field.  She can then change, release or repattern these frequencies by using Sacred Geometry, shifting imbalances into beautiful 3D wave patterns, to improve the flow of energy.  At times the Sacred Geometrical patterns will reveal itself into its physical form of herbs, flowers, trees, crystals and minerals which means these items are what you can use for your own healing.    

WHY WOULD I NEED ENERGY HEALING?
Most of us react to challenging situations and unpleasant experiences in our lives with anger, insecurity, or fear, never realizing that we create what we experience. By blocking our feelings, this stops a great deal of our natural energy flow.

Any blocks or restrictions to either receiving or expressing our feelings affects our development and maturation of a fully balanced psychological function. This will result in a malfunction of our body’s system and will be expressed as disease, discomfort, lack of energy, fear, or an emotional imbalance. By improving the energy flow, healing can take place.

The PHYSICAL ENERGY BODY is the densest form of energy. The vibrational patterns of the physical body are of a frequency low enough to be experienced by everyone with our five senses.

The ETHERIC ENERGY BODY is the physical body’s blueprint. Traumas to the physical body are reflected into the etheric body. Energy therapy restores the etheric energy body back to its original vibrational pattern which existed prior to the trauma, enabling healing of the traumatic events to the physical body.

The EMOTIONAL ENERGY BODY contains the emotional patterns, feelings, and vibrations that determine our personality, and also how we feel about ourselves and interact with others. If we are consistently fearful, constantly angry or always feel helpless, these patterns or vibrations get locked in our emotional energy field and become a part of our personality.

The MENTAL ENERGY BODY contains the structure and patterns of all the thoughts and belief systems that we consider as true. There is a very strong connection between the mental and emotional bodies. Although a thought or idea can in itself be very powerful, our reactions to those thoughts carry even more energy. The emotional body records the intensity of the reaction to the thought stored in the mental body.

The SPIRITUAL ENERGY BODY contains all the information related to our experiences, and reflects our consciousness of all that has been learned and experienced. It contains our higher intentions, our sense of what is right and wrong, and our desire to increase our awareness of our purpose, place and mission for this lifetime.

WHAT IS CHAKRA BALANCING?
Without balance you become polarized, or stuck, in the area of your life that is out of balance. This is why we tend to repeat the same negative situations, scenarios and issues in our lives. Not until we learn how to unblock, balance and expand our chakras will we be out of the cycle of repeating the same challenging situations in our life.

The sanskrit word “chakra,” dating back to ancient India and the Hindu Yogis, means literally “spinning wheel.” Imagining the chakras as interconnecting wheels, when all seven chakras are spinning in harmony, at the same speed, the system runs smoothly as a single mechanism. Where there is dysfunction or blockage in one part of the system, it has an impact on all other parts. This malfunctioning can occur when the energy flowing through the chakras is either excessive or deficient.  To clear, ground, center, and balance the chakras, Grace utilizes many energy therapy techniques, including Reiki and crystal healing.

WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki (pronounced “ray-key”) is a very powerful energy therapy, a laying-on of hands healing technique, which originated thousands of years ago as a Tibetan Buddhist practice and was rediscovered in the late 1800’s by Dr. Mikau Usui, a Japanese Buddhist. The word Reiki is derived from two Japanese words – “rei,” meaning Universal Spirit,” and “ki,” meaning “Life Force Energy.” The word Reiki refers to a balanced Universal and Life Force Energy.

Reiki treatments are very powerful healing energies which can be directed to specific areas of the body to balance, repattern or recharge all our chakras and energy bodies. Grace de Schepper is a Reiki Master Teacher, and can also train and attune you to the Reiki healing energy in special ceremonies.

WHAT IS AN ENERGY HEALING SESSION LIKE?
After the interview, while fully clothed, you will be asked to lie down on a comfortable massage table. While relaxing with your eyes closed and listening to the soothing music and sounds playing in the background, Grace will attune herself to your energy field. She will then lightly touch your body by placing her hands in specific hand positions on your body or slightly above it to sense the energy flow. At the same time, she will transmit healing energy through her which you will feel as an unusual amount of warmth or heat radiating from her hands.

During your treatment, you may experience a deep relaxing feeling where you may even fall asleep; you may experience dream-like images or past memories due to the energy blockages being released; or you may experience sensations of energy flowing throughout your body, all of which promote natural healing.

After the energy therapy session, Grace will explain to you all the blockages and distortions she has felt in your energy field and explain to you what it means. She will provide you with insight on what your negative thought patterns are, how they are negatively affecting you today, and what new thought patterns would be helpful to use in order to avoid these blockages from reoccuring.   An energy therapy session takes 1 hour.

DO YOU PROVIDE HEALINGS FOR CHILDREN?
Yes.  Healing for children is available with adult consent. Family members may be present during the healing, if necessary. An additional session may be required with parent/caretaker to provide you with understanding of your child's progress and to teach you additional coping skills.
