Admission Requirements: All applicants must answer all questions on this application form. You must have a high school diploma or its equipvalent (GED). You must be approved of for training by Grace de Schepper, Certified Hypnotherapy Instructor, Balanced Energies. |
Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to class date for a refund, less a $25 processing fee. Cancellation within 7 days of the class will receive a credit good for 1 year. $25 service charge on returned checks. |
